They felt locked inside or locked away from their feelings – caught in their own bubble. But what I also saw, they painfully and quickly were open to become conscious, when their family lives or long-term relationships fell apart.
They suddenly felt challenged with a new partner; divorce, being alone, lost on dating sites, fear of losing their children or patchwork situations.
They felt a real urge in wanting to grow out of old patterns and automatism.
